| 英文描述 | Chronic persistent or recurrent bloat is relatively common in calves up to about 6 months old. Necropsy of fatal cases does not show any physical cause for the bloat. Dx by ruling out other causes. This syndrome may be associated with a coarse roughage diet low in digestible nutrients or 'ruminal drinking', due to insufficient closure of the reticular groove. |
